ESTEVE ET COMPAGNIE has announced the acquisition of PAUMELLES

Tremblay-en-France, April 12, 2024 - ESTEVE ET COMPAGNIE, announces the acquisition of PAUMELLES LIEGEOISES.

ESTEVE ET COMPAGNIE, a major player in the field of hinges and locks for industrial applications through its subsidiaries PINET INDUSTRIE, BOSCH SCHARNIEREN and FIXOR, announces that it has acquired the Belgian company PAUMELLES LIEGEOISES, a specialist in the design, manufacture and distribution of weld-on hinges and profiled hinges in small production series.

PAUMELLES LIEGEOISES has more than 300 customers, mostly in Europe (France, Germany, BENELUX, Scandinavia), but also in America, North Africa and Asia.

PAUMELLES LIEGEOISES has a long-standing reputation for small series of custom-made, high-quality products within very short deadlines, made from raw materials sourced in Europe.

With this acquisition, ESTEVE ET COMPAGNIE and its subsidiary PINET INDUSTRIE have acquired both new production know-how and additional industrial capacity.

Nathalie Morelle, who has led PAUMELLES LIEGEOISES since its acquisition in 2013 to the status of an established European player, continues to run the business.
