New polymer hinge with adjustable spring
PINET presents a new hinge that installs before adjusting!
This new product is patented. It is available in opening spring version and closing spring or without spring effect. These easy-to-adjust hinges have a torque between 0 and 1.1 N.m. The adjustment of the spring tension is done by a Torx key (T27). Each click increases the torque of the spring a little more until you get the force you need.
Hinges created for small and medium applications (tested on an 8kg door), they withstand up to 10,000 cycles.

- PA 6 loaded 30% fiberglass
- Length: 75 mm
- Width: 65 mm
- Thickness: 5 mm
- Spindle diameter: 13 mm Weight: 45 g (38 g for the free axis version)
- Temperature resistance: -40° to +80 °C
- Cycling resistance: 10,000 cycles
