In response to the feedback of some of our clients, we are excited to offer a new and innovative solution 💡 for their needs.
Discover our new polymer hinge with higher mechanical strength thanks to the carbon fiber.
This new hinge expands and diversifies our existing range of polymer hinges, with 9 references in different shapes: square, symmetrical and asymmetrical.
This model makes applications lighter thanks to its carbon fibre composition. The pin is made of stainless steel to avoid corrosion issues. It makes them ideal for outdoor environments.
Using carbon fiber offers better performance for tension and shear test and can hold a door with 80 kg minimum weight during 10 000 cycles.
👉 This hinge is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications such as:
